Taekwondo Training

Taekwondo is a Korean Martial Art and modern Olympic sport.

Training Taekwondo will automatically start improving balance, co-ordination and confidence whilst learning taekwondo and developing/advancing life skills. Training naturally improves upon whatever level of health, fitness you currently have. This in turn initiates and  facilitates in fulfilling potential in both Taekwondo and life.

Training offers a structured and progressive route for anyone with classes suitable for men, women and children (some as young as 4 years) of all abilities.

Taekwondo can be very versatile, making it suitable for those:

* students new to any kind of martial arts

* returning to the martial arts

* wishing to learn another martial art

* new to activity/sport

* already engaged in other sports

* wishing to focus on self defence

* wishing to focus on tournaments and competing
